Espoused Theory

My espoused theory was that I could develop an improved navigation system to help the teaching staff explore the depths of Espresso. I believed that mind mapping was the best approach to this and that PowerPoint would be a suitable package to use. I also believed that the lack of good navigation was causing a stumbling block for its use. I have also recognised an assumption that this is a special service that an on-line technician can offer.
